Welcome to the world of Disqus! You can integrate any posts on disqus-enabled blogs into your account by hovering over your avatar on a post, and clicking on the button that says "unclaimed profile." Enter the email address that the comment was associated with (presumably the same for all your coments), and any comment by that address will automatically be attributed to your Disqus account!
